Welcome. I am Stephanie MacDonald.
I have spent fifteen years in devoted study of the human soul; its wounds, its wisdom, its extraordinary capacity to return to itself. I am a multidimensional being of light having a human experience, here to walk alongside you as you remember your power, truth and innate feminine radiance.
I am a spiritual healer, an oracle, and a keeper of ancient feminine medicine. I work with the body as oracle and sacred text, with the earth as teacher, and with the living transmission that moves through ceremony, through nature, and through the all that is.
My work has taken me to elders, to sacred sites, to the forests and waters of Aotearoa and beyond. What I carry is not a modality. It is a lineage and a sacred code, cultivated through years of initiation, practice, and the kind of learning that only comes from walking the path completely.
I do not teach what I have read. I transmit what I have become. And here, you too, shall remember.

Through shamanic healing Steph works at the root, with ancestral wounding, stored trauma and the energetic patterns that have kept you cycling through the same pain. This is older than talk. It works in the places words alone cannot touch.

The earth has always known your name.
Healing in the forest, at the ocean and by waterfalls. In these sessions you are not brought to nature as a backdrop, you are brought into relationship with it. The trees, the water, the stone and the soil become active participants in your healing. What shifts here shifts at the root.

There are laws older than any religion or modality that govern how energy moves, how things manifest, how the body speaks and how creation works at its root. Steph has spent fifteen years learning these laws, not from books, but from direct experience, from the land, from the field itself. These teachings exist for those ready to stop being subject to forces they don't understand and begin working with them deliberately and with full consciousness.

Long term private mentorship for women who are ready for sustained guidance, transmission and deep personal alchemy. Steph works with a small number of mentorship clients at any one time, tracking the full arc of their becoming, speaking truth consistently and holding the vision of who they are growing into when they cannot yet see it themselves.

Meditation evenings, Red Tent Women's Circles, Art Workshops and Retreats. Some moments in a life require more than acknowledgement. They require witnessing.
